1.1 Photos & Face Images (User-Provided Content)

When you upload a selfie or any image, we collect and process that image solely to generate AI headshots.

We do not collect:

  • Biometric identifiers
     

  • Face geometry
     

  • Facial measurement data
     

  • Any automated facial recognition data
     

We only process the exact images you upload.

1.2 Technical & Usage Data

We may collect standard analytics data such as:

  • Device type
     

  • OS version
     

  • App interactions
    This data is non-personal and used to improve app performance.
     

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your uploaded images only for the following purposes:

  1. To generate AI headshots using third-party AI models.
     

  2. To temporarily store your files so you can download your results.
     

  3. To improve processing quality within your session (not across users).
     

We do NOT use your images to:
✘ train our own or third-party AI models
✘ identify you
✘ analyze or detect facial features
✘ run ads or sell any data

Your photo is used only to generate the images you request.

 

3. Sharing Your Information

To process your uploaded photo, we share it with one third-party provider:

FAL.ai

We use FAL.ai to run AI models (Nano Banana / Google Gemini Flash 2.5).
Your images are sent to FAL.ai solely for processing and generating your headshots.

We do NOT share your images with:

  • Advertisers
     

  • Data brokers
     

  • Analytics companies
     

  • Any unrelated third parties
     

 

4. Data Storage & Retention

4.1 On Our Servers

  • Uploaded images & generated results are stored for 7 days.
     

  • Files are automatically deleted after this period.
     

4.2 On FAL.ai Servers

  • Input/output files remain for approximately 15 days.
     

  • Retention is controlled by FAL.ai and may vary based on their system behavior.
     

We do not manually store or archive your images beyond these timeframes.

 

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption
     

  • Secured storage
     

  • Restricted access
     

However, no online service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

6. Your Rights & Controls

You have the right to:

Upon request, deletion is performed as soon as technically possible.

6.2 Access / Correct Information

We can provide or correct any information stored about you upon request.

6.3 Withdraw Consent

If you do not wish for your images to be processed, simply stop using the upload feature.

The App is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect any data from children.

 

8. International Transfers

Your data may be processed globally (e.g., FAL.ai servers).
By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

 

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
